Has anyone experienced the driver's door unlocking along with a single dashboard chime while driving. This happens even if the door is already unlocked. It just started happening on our 2001 LW300. It appears to be random; not linked to any type of driving or weather.

It might be telling you that now would be a good time to bail out as catastrophic failure is just around the corner?
Good point. Tonight the DRL relay is cycling on and off several times per second making the DRL's flicker like a candle. This is happening with the car on or off! If it starts tomorrow, it is going in for service (still under warranty).
Took it to Saturn, they replaced the BCM (body control module). Now everything is fine again...
