From what I have read about it, I do not call a maybe 10 mile range on batteries and "extended range" EV.

It was just an fyi, I am skeptical too, but well see what actual production mileage and cost of ownership brings.

The problem is that is it really focused more on HP than it is on really being "green". They would have done well to use a smaller more efficent engine and a bigger battery pack and more electric assist but GM is more focused on 0 to 60 and HP ratings than real efficency and "green". Said thing is that they would probaly sell more of them if they were more "green" too.
