Ok, I found the rebuild kit (Yey!). Now, my only question is - how do I get that adorable pulley off the front? It looks like it just screws, which i think some GM cars do, so, I just unscrew it, right?

You need a special tool as it's a friction fit pulley (at least it is on the S-Series). I got one from Autozone which loans tools for no charge. It wasn't difficult with that tool, but would have been close to impossible to remove/reinstall the pulley without it.

Is this a PS pump overhaul kit that includes new seals? Where did you find it & at what price? Dealer item? I could use one too.

The AutoZone puller tool will work on Saturns? How about installing the pulley - do they give you that tool too?
Thankfully, I've got an AZ near me. They have the seal, but not a total rebuild kit. The seal's really all that goes bad, though, I think. My pump pumps, just leaks a bit.
PartsAmerica.com has the whole shebang, but their website's br0ken for me >:(
Oh yeah, I can't get the pressure hose off at the rack, so I guess it's off at the pump for it - with the pulley gone that looks easy enough. or maybe I'll just cut the hose, socket off the flare nut, and get a whole new one, but I'd rather not...
Oh yeah, if you remove the return line, purge all the fluid out of the rack and all, and refill, don't a) fill to the top and b)screw the cap on tightly, start the car, spin the wheel, shut off, and remove the cap. Unless you like PS fluid spraying all over the place (and man, did it foam up too, but the foam's going away and it should be a lot better tomorrow morning. Steers fine though)
