In talking to the lady that runs the auction she mentioned that there will be guys from a local junk yard there. If someone wants to buy a car and take the parts off of it that day and sell the remainder of the car to one of the local junk yards, it is allowed. Now I know why. No doubt, there are 20 to 30 cars worth restoring.....the rest is parts and junk.
