  1. Room rates are normally per night
  2. Room rates increased to for Studebaker Sunday through Sat meet. (per their website)
  3. Ask for special Studebaker rate and it is for single or for double.

4 . Looks like the old "Lets raise the price so we can give them a discount" from marketing 101.
  1. Sometimes i just wish they didn't know we were coming.

I got on Travelocity last year about this time to try to find a room near the Intl in Spokane. They found me a Days Inn about 4 blocks away for $74.00 night. I tried to book it, but they would not accept my pass word. I then called the Days Inn direct, & got the same room for $25.00 LESS than Travelocity offered it to me for. Recently, I found a room through Hotwire, but checked with the motel before booking, & got the same room for about $3.00 less. The motel is the Baymont, right next to the Holiday Inn. I have an extra bed for a non-snoring, non-smoking ng'er.

I always call the motel directly for a reservation. The owner of a Comfort Inn told me that he has to pay the central reservations office $10 for each reservation they make for him. This is probably true of the on-line things like Travelocity. Paul Johnson
