Today in Washington, DC, the judge not only through out the law suit of a fellow judge, but made him pay the legal costs of the firm he was suing. It seems that a local dry cleaners lost the pants to the judge's precious suit. He sued the cleaners for $64 million even though they found his pants later. Justice was served. Paul Johnson

Actually, he only had to pay court costs, not like in the British system where the loser pays the defendants legal fees. The dry cleaners is out the 50-100K for his attorny and the other guy may appeal.
