Two Questions

I have been watching a lot of the History Channel and Military Channel.

The 6x6 trucks Studebaker sold to the Soviets and used in WWII, what engines were in those beasts?

I also must admit stupidity..... what does a 63 Lark front grille look like........all my books and stuff are packed for the remodeling?

Thanks

The engine was a Hercules make Model JXD 6 cylinder L-head type with a 4 inch bore and a 4 1/4 inch stroke. It had a displacement of 320 cu. in. with a compression ratio of 5.82 to 1. The oil pressure ran 35 to 40 lbs. Firing order was 1-5-3-6-2-4. Horsepower (SAE) was 38.4. The crankcase capacity was 6 qts. Engine weight was 734 lbs. I got this information straight from TM-9-807 dated 16 December 1943. I am lucky enough to own a copy of this manual.
