All 4 doors frozen

Well, it's -20C (-4F) outside today, and the wind makes it feel like -28C (-18F). Throughout this winter my Outback has been getting frozen door locks. It's happened in previous winters, but it's especially bad this year. Frozen meaning that if they are locked, they stay locked, or if they are open, the door will not close.This is the first time I've come across all 4 doors frozen. Usually when there is a frozen door, there might be other doors open, you can get into the car somehow, not this day. It seems Subaru's power door locks are prone to this freezing. Lock de-icers are useless. Fortunately I have another car that I was able to use in the meantime, which has manual door locks. Yousuf Khan

I thought trucks in general and semis in particular are 24v. Does Kenworth have a secondary 12v circuit or something?

propane heated boiler in a semi. Wow. I changed the subject to match the twist in the thread.
