MY 98 Forester Cruise Control

I have a MY 98 Forester, which I am very happy with; but I would like to add Cruise Control. ( I have a problem keeping my speed down to the limits.)

To do this I have a few questions.

1. Does my Forester already have the wiring in the harness for the factory Cruise Control?

1. If the Answer to 1 is yes, does anyone know the parts list necessary to put in a Factory Cruise Control?

2. If the Answer to 1 is no, does anyone have a recommendation for an aftermarket Crusie Control? I am in Arizona, USA.
