Mistakes in manufacturing happen.
"There are no accidents or injuries linked to the recall."
This tells Subaru cares about their drivers; you got to love them for that. Imagine how long GM, the Big Three, or similar, would hesitate to do a recall. Probably dozens would have to get injured or even die first.
