No! From my experience with Saunders Subaru in Victoria, I suggest you first carefully review everything the Dealer recommends, before authorizing the work be performed. Mine charged CDN $180. yet still charged for unnecessary items. My mistake was believing the Dealer would perform the 24,000 k service, as per the suggested Subaru schedule.

So, it ended up costing me 261 $CAN with taxes, which included one extra charge, 13$ for a bottle of injector cleaner. They charged me the 2 hours @ 64 $CAN for the 24 000 km specific work, plus parts (gas and air filters).

What was the hourly charge for your dealer, Alex? I've seen the injector cleaner mentionned by others as an extra item added by dealers, is it a good thing?
