Subaru Cooling System Conditioner

Two questions:


1-Is there an "over-the-counter", if you will, product that can be bought at an auto supply store that is the same as the Subaru "Cooling System Conditioner" ?


2-What should be used to removed those stick-on bumper protectors?

1/ AFAIK it's Holt's Stop Leak rebadged.

2/ Depends how their absence will leave the bumper looking! Probably easy enough to get off but if the tape residue stuffs up the paint then you have some painting to do.

Just warm up the leftover glue with a hair dryer and rub it off.
