The charging system doesn't charge on my 1996 Mitsubishi Spyder 2.4L vehicle. I took the alternator off and had it tested at Autozone and they said it passed all tests. I reinstalled it checked all connections and I am getting battery voltage at the alternator input terminal. According to my service manual it is supposed to have a "Generator Relay" near the air cleaner, but I pulled the air cleaner cover and hose assembly out and could not see any relays there. Possibly it is hidden well? The charging/Battery light is on and I have a new battery, that works fine when charged. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Don

under the hood should be a fuse box with larger type fuses that will need to be checked along with fuses in the passenger compartment.
I checked all the ones under the hood, they are ok, will have to check the others in the AM, Thanks Don
There is a 120A, a 40A and a 30A in that one that effect charging
A dollar says that fuse F8 is blown (10A fuse) under the dash
Let us know, Ben
Checked all the fuses both under the hood and inside the car with a digital multimeter and all are good. Thanks Don
I also wanted to mention, we pulled the fuse-able links and check their continuity, even though they looked OK and there was continuity. Thanks again Don
