Hi All: My brother is leasing a Jeep Cheoke and has had problems since day one. When it was new the car woud start surging and bucking on long trips. The dealer said the catalytic convetrer was bad. They replaced it. Since then it has left him stranded twicwe for the same reason, sdtarts to buck and surge on a long trip. This Jeep in totally unreliable. Does he have a case angianst Jeep? He is going to try to get them to terminate the lease. Not sure how the lemon law works with a lease in MA.
