2002 saturn L300 3.0L crank,but no start

I'm working on a 2002 saturn l300 with a 3.0 liter motor. car cranks, but no start. i have proper fuel pressure, and ignition spark, and power to the injectors.after connecting a noid light to injector harness,i found to have no ground on the ecm side of the harness(ecm directly controls the injectors)i checked the coolant temp sensor and the intake air temp sensor(found both to be in spec), the crank position sensor has an ac wave, but not sure if it's in spec or not.connectors and wires from the ecm to crank position ohm out ok.ckps ohm seems low(spec is 800-1200 ohms, i have .866,but still get a signal) im thinking it's a crank position sensor or a bed ecm. any ideas for further testing?

Check the anti-theft system

Usually the term "noid light" means a dedicated test bulb assembly that fits the injector connector and connects to both terminals at the same time. If this is the case, how did you determine "power to the injectors" with a noid light, if in fact the PCM control terminal is not toggling ground?

I wouldn't go very far without a good scan tool. In fact I wouldn't start working on this problem without one.
