Daihatsu Charade GTti 88' idle

Hi there. I have a 1988 Daihatsu Charade Turbo GTti. Can someone point me to somewhere I can get the procedure for setting the idle? I gave it to a mechanic who has completely screwed it up and I need to see if I can sort it out again.
