no, when the chinese let you "buy" something, it's because the purchaser is willing to pay the price of access to cheap [read: artificially subsidized] parts and labor, and the purchaser is willing to give up their intellectual property for a quick financial return without regard to future business viability. there's also the benefit of not having to bother with those pesky unions. [who incidentally have been pretty much completely docile this last 15 years or so. they just happen to own stock.]
afterall, why wouldn't frod want to get in on the [below real cost] cheap foreign parts/union destruction game? g.m. did it with billions of dollars of taxpayer hand-outs.
you should get onto a weapon building train.
feds routinely what the would be out of country outsources for deals like that.
And once the democrats vacate the office guess how the war budget will look like?
