I had brake service done at Dison Goodyear in Jacksonville, FL. Three months later the right rear brake caliper fell off while I was driving down the highway. The Vice President of Dison Goodyear is trying to tell me that this suff "happens".... This is the THIRD brake service this year from them (they screwed up the first service and "fixed" it for free). Do I have ANY legal avanues?

I took my car in for an oil change and a brake job on a Saturday Morning. They had some acceptable problems getting the correct brake pads (this is the second brake job in two months, they botched the first service). I told them I needed the car by Tuesday morning. The service guy said it would be done first thing the next morning... well... THEY AREN'T OPEN ON SUNDAYS! Worse, Monday was Labor Day. Needless to say, I didn't get my car on Tuesday!
It gets worse... on 11/18/2003 the rear brakes on my car FELL OFF... GOOD GOD!!! Even worse, my wife took her truck in to fix a leak in the rear axel. When they finished, they recommended that she get the radiator flushed and the brake fluid replaced. When she mentioned that she just had these things done AT THEIR SERVICE CENTER less then six months ago, they told her it was a mistake! Are they trying to rip my wife off?
