It would indeed be nice to have a way to break water down into hydrogen and oxygen without having to put as much energy doing it as the amount of energy you get from the resulting fuel. But then, if you really had such a perpetual motion machine, you could become a billionaire and not car about the price of gasoline.
Isn't it about time that someone prosecute these people??
