I want to say that that was a Lotus Esprit, although it's been years since I've seen that movie.
Along the same lines, there is a JB A-M at the International Spy Museum in DC.

Yes, it's a Lotus Exprit. A bit of trivia: one version had the highest HP per liter of any car engine in a production car up to the time, It was actually in Guiness for that. It was ~210 HP from a 2 liter engine. And only a 4 cylinder engine at that.

Lotus cars are *extremely* light and have small engines. Colin Chapmans legacy.
