Radiator removel

Hello, Could someone tell me how to remove a radiator step by step from a 1997 Ford Taurus 3.0 v6 or give me a site to go to . Thank You Dobbin

You make it sound easy -- at least if its 3.0 DOHC its not. Earlier Ford Taurus's ARE easy but not this one. The bumper and headlights have to come off. There a million f---ing bolts and retainers and everything overlaps. Royal pain in the ass. AllData gives 3.8 hours for this job. You are pretty good if you can do it in that time without having ever done it before. There might be a car that's its harder to pull the radiator out of but I don't know offhand what it would be. PT Losers are a pain but nothing like this. If somebody knows something about how to do it that I don't know I await enlightment.

Plain 3.0 OHV is less involved but still requires removal of the battery tray, special tools for "quick connect" transmission cooler lines.

Just did a PT a few weeks ago, a turbo. wasn't that bad once I figured it out. If it hadn't been a turbo it would have been cake.
