Cabin filter for my car is $15.
I bought one inch foam and cut to size.
$6 for enuf for 8 filters. :-)

Did you run any tests to make sure your miracle foam can trap dust, pollen, and other particles of around 100 microns (1/10th of a millimeter) or smaller, and still give good air flow after several months? If not, you're just wasting your time with something that can only keep leaves, twigs, and small animals from getting inside.
It can trap dust.
I do not need a "hospital clean room"
