My grandaughter's 97 neon has seat belt buckles with plastic "clips" that surround the center leg of the buckle to provide friction against the belt. These pop off from time to time, and now both rear buckles have lost the clips.
Is there any retro-fit or upgrade for this (replace buckle, belt assy, or clips)?
Is there a source other than a dealer for OEM clips?
