As yo might see, I'm trying the X-FACE thing again...
What size is your graphic, and what format? GIF, JPG, PNG...?

My graphic is 427 bytes and is a JPG format. I believe for it to be identifiable it has to be certain size, say 48x48 and low resolution.
The image is 32x32 and 582 bytes...hmmm..
I'm using the GIMP to manipulate the image. Looks like it's one of those times when I'll have to switch to Windows and do it there, and then bring it into Linux...
Mine is also an 8-bit image or less than 256 colors. It really must be a simple graphic.
It's greyscale. I'm trying to get it to two colors...
Like this?
Now is it a fault of the graphic or the program (Pan) I'm using?
Hmmmm...have to try in Windows later.
Try using Irfanview. Heck, use Irfanview for everything.
