The Sequoia is a North America only vehicle. It was designed and is built here to compete with the large offerings from Ford and GM. The only thing Toyota has like it made in Japan is the Land Cruiser, which is just as bad and drains the wallet at $60,000!!! But, they don;t make a lot of them, and the model for other markets isn't as opulent as the US market version.
It's just a joke, Hachi. Lighten up.
