Saw it on the news just now. Not sure if it was a local municipality or the whole state, but they want to be able to ticket people who hang testicals from the back of their vehicles.. Only in Florid-duh would you need a law like that and the one they have for wearing your pants to low..

I could see it if the bull was still attached! Otherwise they need to get a real job and a life - too much time to dream up this kind of crap all over.
