My son has a 1991 Supra and has torn it down and put a new head gasket on it. We are reassembling it now but have noticed it is missing a Knock sensor connector and some previous owner cobbled something together for it. Also we had a VSV connector break off right flush with the connector so no way to re-attach it to the wires.
Does anyone have a line on a source for replacement connectors that come with pigtails attached?

Good luck on that VSV. I got one on EBay for $20. It won't pass emissions without it.
You might be able to get some kind of very small tube adapter and epoxy it in with hi-temp epoxy, but I'd start looking. They're $65+ from Toyota.
I believe the knock sensor has a single wire connected, so if the engine wire harness side of the connector is missing, just use an insulated bullet or spade connector. If the engine wire harness connector is OK, then use spade connectors that fit inside the factory connector. Another approach is to back the spade connections inside the wire harness connector out of the plastic housing so that you have loose spade connections. Save the plastic housing so that you can return it back to it original state if you replace parts later.
If you cannot find a replacement VSV, use the same trick for the knock sensor wiring, then solder the wire to the VSV contacts or try something like DevCon.
