Unmarked Mustang

I saw the car last week while heading towards Boston. He came ripping out of nowhere, tried to blast pass me using the breakdown lane, couldn't do that so he came within inches of my rear and then tore over to the fast lane on my left. If I had my way I would have thrown him off the force. He did all this as all lanes were coming to a crawl anyway. What a f***in moron. mark_
