brake pedal goes to floor. have replaced master cylinder and rear brake pads. what gives?

Loosing fluid? Broken brake line? Get it bled out correctly? More info....

Did you check for leaking fluid on the ground? Perhaps you lost a cylinder - those back brakes are drums right?
