Rusted out Filler return 95 Camry, whats the cost?

Hi All, Proud owner of a 95 Camry Dx Coupe. Noticed the lady was leaking gas last night when I filled her up so I dove under it and found out that the small pipe next to the big filler neck had actually rusted out and fallen off! Im sitting next to a chunk of it on my desk right now.

It looks like Phyllo dough....

My questions:

1. Whats it actually called?

1. Do they replace this one and the big filler neck in one operation?

2. How much am I going to have to pry out of my wallet to fix it?

Would like to start the search for the fix a little bit informed.
