95 V6 4Runner w/ auto trans (A340H) 170K. Trans flush about 3 months ago when I started to notice it, afterwards no change. When I did it, the fluid that came out looked very clean and I checked and greased all the shafts. 1-2-3 seem fine but when it kicks into O/D, it starts sputtering, the lower the RPM the worse it is of course. It sure feels like the trans and not the engine as the tach doesn't jump or anything. It seems to be getting worse even when warmed up.
