I'm at a loss as to where the petal position sensor is on a 99 tacoma, 4 cylinder w/ cruise. I follow cable from the petal to the cruise control to the throttle body and the ensuing cable to the automatic transmission. I did notice the cable to the transmission does not move freely. Is the problem the cable movement?
