Manual trans --- sure - Avoid 5th gear on ALL BUT REAL FLAT STRETCHES (IF EVEN THEN)
No problem. Your towing cap is 3,500#. Keep it out of 5th.

your towing much of a load never use 5th gear (except downhill of course) it puts a lot of side loading on the input and countergear bearings. Under same conditions automatic transmissions should tow without overdrive. And it should be no problem towing what you listed, slow down and enjoy the drive.
Why no overdrive? I tow that much (with an automatic) and the truck does it effortlessly. I usually hit the gas enough to drop out of overdrive BEFORE I hit an incline, so I guess the end result is the same.
