Rav 4 tire problem Toyota Customer service S#$ks

I have a 2002 rav 4 with Toyo 16 inch 235 tires Transpart II tires! The sidewall was torn Toyota c/s could not help me, tire dealers I called told me it was only "Dealer Order" item, the dealer had no knowledge after calling numerous dealers finally one in Coutryside Illinois ordered it from Toyo company and after spending $161.00 I received the tire, no one would look at a warranty on said tire because tire dealers told me the tire was not available and the delaer I bought replacement from told me that it was not subject to warranty!
