Here in Japan they sell small aerosol bottles of decal remover.

try a hair dryer and VERY CAREFULLY try peeling it off. thats how i have removed decals from my trucks, including the ones the dealers put on with there name.
Heat it up with a blow dryer, start at the edge with an old credit card, and carefully peel.
After it's off, go over the area with Goof Off, followed by a good wax.
