Could a bad ground somewhere. If the ground connection is missing, the brake lamp may be finding a path to ground via the turn signal bulb. Also, any chance you have a aftermarket towing wiring harness connected to the vehicle? If so, try removing that and see if things clear up, often poorly installed or functioning wiring adapters can mess up the rear light operation.

Thanks guys. It was sort of a two-tiered problem. One: I have the ARB Bull Bar bumper, and my connection to my turn signal on that side was coming undone. Two: After-market wiring harness for towing had jiggled a loose connection ;)

Thanks. And now that it is fixed, I feel stupid because I remember hearing that problem before and should've known better.

Kinda funny how fixing a little thing like that makes your truck seem more "solid" immediately afterward.
