I have a 1990 four runner with a V6 and manual transmition. I just got a ball park estimate to get a brake controler, weight distribution hitch, wiring and all the works to make it work fo rabout 1100 bucks. hell for that money i can get a full size truck for a dedicated tow vehicle with a higher tow rating. it seems high to me but I also realize that I dont have a truck that was made for towing. Oh well, its a great off roader and go around truck.
