Changed engine in '95 4Runner 4X4 3.0 auto trans with a remanfactured engine. After about 10000-12000 miles I have a problem with surging while driving on level ground or up a slight incline.
If given more fuel the surging is not as noticible. No surging when idleing. When changing the eigine replaced all plugs, plug wires, distributer cap & rotor, fuel filter, fuel system tank drained, and injector cleaner run through system couple of times. Also replaced EGR valve and rechecked all vacume lines for leaks and correct placment.
No other symptoms are appeareant, only the surging.
Suggestions?
