Throttle Body Sensor

Is there a way to easily clean this sensor in a 2000 V8 Tundra? Idling is off especially after gunning the engine while sitting in park. The engine will stall and need to be restarted. The tac at low idle is also a bit erratic.

You don't clean any sensor. You clean the throttle body itself. Remove the center black cover and remove the inlet to the throttle body. With some throttle body cleaner and a soft, lint-free rag, clean the throttle body and the throttle plate. Do not get any dirt, lint, etc. inside. When you restart you might have some unexpected results until the engine computer gets used to the clean TB. Don't worry. If you have a so-called high performance air filter, expect more dirt.
