Ghia shot to bits in "The Rundown"

When Christopher Walken's hired thugs aim several automatic weapons at Seann William Scott in "The Rundown", he hides behind a white, late '60s Karmann Ghia, which the gunmen shred.

Except for that, enjoyable escapist flick.

The ghia doesn't really suffer much damage, only the windows get shot out. It seemed to otherwise survive unscathed.

Also appearing was some rather odd shots of a bus (survives totally undamaged), it looked quite out of place on the set and didn't have any reason to be there. Maybe a set designer likes acvw? ;)

A beetle makes an apperance too, was sitting on it's side with smoke coming out of it.

All three appeared in the final showdown at the end, and weren't brief flashes. You get good solid views of all of 'em.

Movie was fun, kind of an indiana jones wannabe. I'd save it for rental a month or two down the road.
