I've been meaning to dub it out of the commercial server...
Subway Hot & Toasty Sandwiches.
Girl approaches snow-covered sedan, sets sandwich on roof while she opens door and looks inside for scraper. Finds it, closes door and discovers sandwich has not only cleared her windows, but also has melted all frozen precipitation within a one-foot radius of the car (as is evidenced by the overhead shot).
