First of all, engine has no play when you pull the wheel. This is replaced:
Rings Piston bearings Gaskets Oil seals Exhaust Cylinders honed by engineering Heads done by engineering New plugs and plugwires Distributor done up by engineering (shaft rebushed, weights replaced, cap and rotor replaced, points and condensor replaced and adjusted properly) Carburator done up by engineering (stock specs and rebushed to avoid leakage and fire) New air filter assy (stock) All tin and heater boxes sandblasted and repainted with flat heat resistant paint. Clutch kit, pressure plate, release bearing, shifter cage, rod bushing.. new. New fanbelt New coil Oil cooler cleaned by engineering. Heads are tightened correct sequence, correct torque. Oil is good quality with prolong additive.
Any idea how this is gonna run? I hear people speak of $2000 engines, i don´t have that kind of money. All i need is a daily driver for speeds not exeeding 80 or 90 km hr.
