Hi, I need to change the near side front side light and cannot sort out how to get the bulb out. I can pull the light unit forward about an inch but is held in with strong springs that don't seem to be accessible. Could anyone describe how to get at the bulb please. Regards Bassdiva

You have to squeeze your hand down behind the light (from inside the engine bay)and unhook the spring from its locating lug. There is a round loop that you can stick your finger in, the spring is quite strong. When unhooked the light unit can be pulled forward.
Replacement is reversal of removal, only much harder as you will now have no skin left on your knuckles.
