I'm in the middle of this mess right now, got put off for a while when it was raining. This job is *definitly* harder than it looks in the instructions, though it's still not impossible. Easiest way I found to get the sunroof headliner out of the car is to unbolt the entire sunroof assembly once the main headliner is out, slide the sunroof headliner back until the rear tabs come free, then rotate it so the front tabs fall out and slide the headliner assembly out.
