S70 Keyless Remote

Hello. My keyless remote for my 98 S70 broke. The dealership wants over $120.00 for a new one! I have seen them for sale from other online places (they have the same part and FCC numbers) for a lot less. My question is how much is a reasonable price to have it programmed or is it possible to program it yourself? Thanks.

Unfortunately, a special dealer electronic tool is needed, as well as a

4 digit PIN number, also available from the dealer.
