My Check Engine light was burned out and the smog place said that if they hooked up the car with the bulb burned out that it would immediately fail? Is that true?
After a diagnostic was ran they said the code was referencing TCM (forgot the acronym, but something to do with transmission) Does this have any bearing on the emission test?
