Volvo XE90 vs. XC90, what's the difference

Aug 01, 2006 1 Replies

I know the XC90, but read an article about a XE, but I can't find any decent information about it.

Is it a miss spelling, or a nickname?

Regards Peter

The Volvo XE90 appears in many UK postings and some others. Do a google of "Volvo XE90" and you will see them. None of them are credible. It is especially common when a report is made on a press announcement. I think it is an honest mistake that when someone says XC some people hear XE. Think about it. They sound exactly the same when said together. Sort of like Debussy [dabyoo'see] and WC (sorry Claude). I have never come across XE in any Volvo literature or credible websites.
