VolvoGuard Alarm and Condensation

I'm having a problem with the VolvoGuard alarm on my 1994 940SE Turbo Diesel.

It behaves itself most of the time but, as the temperature drops overnight and condensation forms inside the car, it goes off. It's always Sensor Loop III. I'm assuming that's the ultrasonics and level sensor/s - or is it just the level sensor/s?

Any hints and tips about where to look first to sort this out? At the moment I'm trying to remember to disconnect Sensor Loop III but I have a bad memory - and I'm wary of disabling parts of alarms that should really be working!

it helps why not consider joining the Volvo Owners Club. It is only £24 for a full years membership which gives you four "Driver" magazines and three "Technical Driver" magazines per year and access to a lot of likeminded people. You can register your car on the register below and have access to a lot of information from a lot of people who will help you to keep your car in pristine shape and condition. All the best, Peter.
