Hey Everyone,
I have decided to convert the air conditioning on my Jetta to R134...I have bought the conversion kit, but I am not really sure how to go about this...do I need to change my condenser as well?
In the meantime, is there a website that will show me what needs to be done?

To do the job properly/completly a ac shop will replace the dryer and the expansion valve for one calibrated for r-134. The dryer is the little block right at the wirewall that the ac lines go through and it should have the insulating foam cover on it. The current one will work but a new one will work better. As I recall the one I got was about $40 US. The dryer will need replaced to to get the old oil out and also as a routine measure.
