i saw this thing today it was a second generation Jetta with a pickup bed and the rear doors shortened. it wasn't a rabbit pickup. i was wondering if this was some kind of conversion or a one-off. and why would someone want to make something like this?
Has to be a custom job. VW never made anything like that.
VW may never have sold anything like that in the States, but they make all sorts of interesting light commercials. They most certainly made a Van version of the A2, wouldn't surprise me in the slightest if there was a pickup version too.
